The collages above were assembled from photographs taken in 2002 at the abandoned site of the Union Carbide factory in Bhopal, India. It was here, on the night of December 2nd, 1984 that gas escaped a tank at the Union Carbide pesticide factory, causing one of the worst industrial disasters in history when 7000 people died in 3 days and over 120,000 were injured. (see biography for more details) The collages are available for publication. Please contact Guernica Gallery for permission and fees. All proceeds are donated to the Sambhavna Clinic.
