Activists meet to organize marches and demonstrations to mark the anniversary of the disaster and draw attention to the continuing plight of the victims of Bhopal. From left to right: Satinath Sarangi, member of the Bhopal Group for Information and Action and managing trustee of the Sambhavna clinic; Shailendra from Greenpeace; Champa Devi and Rashida Bee, leaders of a womenıs activist group and the International Campaign for Justice for Bhopal. Both these women lost several members of their family in the l984 disaster and have worked tirelessly to get government funding to train women and provide jobs to help the support their families.
