. [Return to Josie Favier]         JOSIE FAVIER Josie Favier was resides in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. She studied art at the Cabanas Cultural Institute from 1993 to the present. She has worked in the Graphic Workshop of Cornelio Garcia and has participated in many collective exhibitions. Among those are The World Paint Exhibition in Portland Oregon; four graphic shows in Guadalajara, at the Caba Gallery and at Exporte. There was a recent joint showing of her etchings in 1997, with those of Gabriela Sepulveda Campos, sponsored by the Guernica Gallery of Graphic Arts, at the Casa de La Raza, in Santa Barbara, California.
